Why Newfront
One call. Every detail handled.
Most sellers don't need a remodel. They need the right fixes, done well and on time. We start with your home, not a package, and tell you plainly what's worth doing and what isn't.
We walk it with you
We look at your home the way buyers, listing photographers and inspectors will, outside and in. Every finding is photographed and ranked by what it can do for your price, so you can decide with confidence.
We take care of the work
We schedule and oversee our vetted crews for washing, painting, doors, carpentry, repairs and finishes, all under one written plan and one invoice. You'll always know who to call, and you'll never have to chase a contractor.
We finish before photos
We plan the work around your listing date, not ours. You and your agent get before-and-after photos, and our make-it-right promise stands behind every job.
How the review works
From first call to listing day.
Reach out
Call, text or fill out the form with your address and listing date. A few photos help, too.
Walk it together
We'll meet you at the home, with your agent if you'd like, and look at everything a buyer or inspector will notice.
Talk it through
We'll go over what we found, highest return first, and tell you honestly what to skip.
Get a fixed price
You'll get a written plan with photos of every finding and one fixed price. No pressure, no obligation.
Ready for photos
Most jobs wrap in 1–2 weeks, so your home is ready before the photographer arrives.

Have something in mind that isn't listed? Just ask. We take on custom projects case by case. Our review isn't a home inspection. If we happen to notice something that needs a licensed plumber, electrician or other specialist, we'll mention it, but we always recommend a licensed inspector and the right tradesperson for those systems.
How we prioritize
Every recommendation earns its place.
We sort every finding into one of three groups, so it's easy to see where your money does the most good. If something won't pay for itself, we'll be the first to tell you.
What buyers see in the first ten seconds
Low cost, fast and highly visible: clean surfaces, fresh paint, a sharp front entry. Worth doing on almost every listing.
Upgrades that recoup their cost or more
Garage and entry doors, cabinet paint, flooring. Recommended when the existing item is dated or damaged.
What an inspector will flag
Wood rot, roof and drainage notes, water-entry gaps. Taking care of these now usually costs far less than a credit at the negotiating table.
The difference
Same house. A different first impression.
One review, one plan, one team keeping it all on track. Outside, we replaced the fascia and gutters, repainted the exterior, and added a new front door and shutters. Inside, we refreshed the paint and smoothed the popcorn ceilings.
The return
The right fixes pay for themselves. Remodels rarely do.
National resale data tells a clear story: the updates buyers see first can return more than they cost, while major remodels recoup about half. So we'll steer your budget toward the work that actually moves your price.
Painting is also agents' most common pre-listing recommendation: 50% recommend painting the whole home, and 41% at least one room.

Questions, answered.
How long does prep take?
Curb Appeal takes 1–2 days. Most full projects wrap in 1–2 weeks, depending on the home's size and condition. Your written quote locks in a schedule built around your listing date.
Will you tell me if something isn't worth doing?
Absolutely. That's what the review is for. If a fix won't pay for itself, we'll tell you, and help you put your budget where it counts.
Do I need to be home?
Just for the walkthrough. After that, we're happy to work with your agent or a lockbox, and we'll keep you posted as each part of the job is finished.
Can I pay for the work later?
Yes, flexible financing is available for qualified sellers. Just ask us about it during the walkthrough.
I'm an agent. Can I bring you in on my listings?
Yes. Book the review for your seller, join us on site, and we'll keep you updated with photos all the way to listing day.
